About Us
The Global Heart Education & Research Foundation (GHERF) is a private foundation dedicated to professional education and research targeted in cardiology. GHERF provides training to global specialists in research, education, and patient care; and, conducts research in the field to positively impact patient care and outcomes for those with various cardiac disorders, with a special focus on atrial fibrillation. This impact includes access to care, treatment compliance, workforce competency, industry advancements, and, ultimately, patient outcomes.
